New to yoga and don’t know where to begin?
YOGA 101 – Foundations Yoga 101 – Foundations is offered as a six-week series for students new to yoga or returning students looking for a refresher. This series is ongoing and new students are welcome to join at any time. Stand alone series is $72.
Relax the body and the mind with Yoga. Through a variety of poses we will strengthen and tone the physical body while breathing and relaxation practices encourage peace of mind and inner balance. intermediate Yoga is aimed towards creating a positive experience that noticeably relaxes you after a long, hard week. With a balance between movement and release, our ability to move through shifts becomes more fluid.
